IN RE:	HB3261 by Naishtat (Relating to procedures for notifying residential tenants before rehabilitation or a change in use of leased premises; providing a civil penalty.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Property Code and require a landlord to give prior notice to a tenant of a rehabilitation on the premises that will require the tenant to relocate. It is assumed that any additional costs associated with implementation of the bill could be absorbed within existing resources

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
