No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Property Code and require a landlord to give prior notice to a tenant of a rehabilitation on the premises that will require the tenant to relocate. It is assumed that any additional costs associated with implementation of the bill could be absorbed within existing resources
