No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

This bill would authorize a community college district to establish or operate a dual use educational facility with another institution of higher education, even if that institution were located outside the community college district's service area.

Local Government Impact

Any local effect of this bill on individual community college districts would depend on the local circumstances affecting a district's entering into a dual use educational facility agreement with an institution located outside the district's service area.
