No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Property Code and provides a tenant certain rights if a municipality or county revokes a certificate of occupancy for leased premises. It is assumed that any costs associated with implementation of the bill would not be significant.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
