No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill authorizes the Department of State Health Services or the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality to administer money and security in the perpetual care account for storage, maintenance, and distribution of mammography medical records, in addition to existing authorized uses. It is assumed that any cost would be minimal and could be absorbed within existing resources.
