HB3695 by McReynolds (Relating to fees of office for directors of certain water districts.), As Engrossed

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would apply to a water control and improvement district located in more than one county, the most populous of which is 100,000 or less and the least populous of which is 55,000 or more.

The bill would limit the amount of daily fees a director of the water board is entitled to receive for each day the director actually spends performing the duties of a director to not more than $200. The bill would also limit the district from setting the annual limit on fees that a director may receive to an amount not greater than $7,200.


Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
