No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would increase from not more than $150 to not more than $200 the amount of daily fees a director of a water board is entitled to for each day the director actually spends performing the duties of a director. The bill would also limit most water districts from setting the annual limit on fees that directors may receive to an amount not greater than $9,600.
