No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Occupations Code to exempt certain people who practice physical therapy or work as a physical therapy assistant from Chapter 453, Physical Therapists.

Based on the analysis of the Executive Council of the Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Examiners, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
