IN RE:	HB3732 by Gallego (Relating to a violation by certain law enforcement officers of the physical fitness standards adopted by a law enforcement agency.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Government Code to remove the option to discharge certain law enforcement officers because of a violation of physical fitness standards adopted by a law enforcement agency.  The bill would take effect September 1, 2009.  This analysis assumes that the bill would not pose a significant fiscal impact to the state.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
