No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would authorize the Texas Forest Service to expend up to $5 million per year to support staffing and operating costs associated with the Texas Wildfire Protection Plan.

The Texas Forest Service would have no costs associated with the bill.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
