No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the government code relating to duties of the Texas Rural Foundation and the liability of the Foundation, the Office of Rural Community Affairs (ORCA), and the physician advisory committee.

Based on analysis by ORCA, any costs associated with the implementation of the provisions of the bill could be absorbed within existing agency resources.
