No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend statute and provide that the Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) adopt uniform rules regarding the purchase and acquisition of property by and for the state or a political subdivision. According to CPA, there would be an indeterminate amount of administrative costs associated with rulemaking.
