No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill amends Subchapter F, Cahpter 574, Health and Safety Code by adding Section 574.089 requiring a facility administrator to create a transportation plan for a person scheduled to be furloughed or discharged from the facility.

The bill takes effect September 1, 2009.
