No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Occupations Code requiring the Texas Board of Physical Therapy Examiners to adopt rules relating to the continuing competence of license holders.

Based on the analysis of the Executive Council of the Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Examiners, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
