No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill amend statute and allow the Prepaid Higher Education Tuition Board to enter into an interagency contract with the Employees Retirement System of Texas to allow a state employee to enroll in the prepaid tuition unit undergraduate education program. It is assumed that any additional costs associated with implementation of the bill would not be significant.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
