IN RE:	HB4400 by Martinez Fischer (Relating to the forfeiture of certain contraband.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Code of Criminal Procedure to add to the definition of contraband for the purposes of forfeiture any property used or intended to be used in the commission of the offense of racing on the highway.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
