No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend statute relating to the election of the Speaker of the Texas House of Representatives and requires the Ethics Commission to post certain reports on the agency website. It is assumed that any additional costs associated with the implementation of the provisions of the bill could be absorbed within existing state resources.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
