No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Government Code to allow judges of the 76th and 276th judicial district courts to enter into an agreement with the constitutional county courts in those districts under which the constitutional courts could consider certain district court cases, including guilty pleas in felony cases, default judgements, uncontested civil and family law cases, and civil and family law cases in which an agreed order will be entered.
