No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Labor Code regarding the time period for filing a petition for judicial review in workers' compensation cases. Based on the analysis provided by the Texas Department of Insurance, any costs associated with implementing the bill could be absorbed within existing agency resources.
