No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated, other than the cost of publication.

The cost to the state for publication of the resolution is $90,882.


The costs associated with a three-day special session would be approximately $75,000 for the per diem of the members and other incidental expenses.

The impact of any legislation considered in response to a Gubernatorial veto cannot be determined.


Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
