No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The resolution would authorize the conference committee for House Bill 2898 to amend the bill by adding SECTIONS that would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code and the Education Code. The added SECTIONS would have no fiscal impact on the state and no significant fiscal impact on units of local government.
