IN RE:	HR2963 by Eiland (Suspending limitations on conference committee jurisdiction, H.B. No. 4102.)

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The resolution would suspend House Rule 13, Section 9(a)(1) to allow provisions that are not in the Engrossed or As Passed Second House versions of HB 4102 to take effect.

The bill would maintain the ability of a state or local government entity to receive reimbursement from the disaster contingency fund for costs incurred by the entity in preparing for disasters.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
