No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Human Resources Code as it relates to training for employees and operators of certain child-care facilities.

The bill would amend Section 42.0421, Human Resources Code, to add requirements/qualifications for persons providing training.

The bill would take effect January 1, 2010.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
