IN RE:	SB240 by West (Relating to the enforcement of deed restrictions.), As Engrossed

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require a property owners' association to file the association's guidelines in the real property records of each county in which the subdivision is located.

Any administrative activities on the part of the county with accepting and filing the guidelines could be absorbed within existing resources.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
