SB281 by Nelson (Relating to the confidentiality of the home address information of the spouses of certain federal judges and certain state judges.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would modify sections of the Elections and Tax Codes to permit the spouses of certain state and federal judges to maintain the confidentiality of their home address information.

The bill would take effect September 1, 2009. It is anticipated that any additional work resulting from
the passage of the bill could be reasonably absorbed within current resources.


Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
