No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require that members of nurse staffing committees be relieved of work duties during committee meetings. It is assumed that any costs related to coverage of committee members' direct care duties at state operated hospitals can be absorbed within available resources.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
