No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Family Code relating to certain personal information contained in a decree of dissolution of a marriage or an order in a suit affecting the parent-child relationship. The bill limits the type of sensitive information that can appear in a decree of dissolution of marriage. To the extent the bill would amend court procedures, the change is not anticipated to increase the workload of the courts or require additional resources. The bill would take effect September 1, 2009.
