No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend Education Code to increase the amount of surface area on the original main
campus that the board of regents of Texas A&M University System can lease to the Texas A&M Foundation to construct and occupy a building.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
