No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Local Government Impact

The Texas Education Agency assumes that educational services centers would develop school bus emergency evacuation training videos and provide them to school districts at a minimal cost. 

School districts could realize some savings of operating expenses through the reduced frequency of training to an annual basis. The amount of savings would vary based upon local circumstances.
