No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require the State Board of Education to adopt rules to provide for online administration of high school equivalency examinations, including a procedure for verifying the identity of the examinee, if the national entity that develops and delivers such examinations authorizes online testing.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
