SB683 by Wentworth (Relating to the recusal or disqualification of a statutory probate court judge and subsequent assignment of another judge.), As Passed 2nd House

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend various sections of the Government Code relating to procedures for assigning judges to replace a recused or disqualified statutory probate court judge, and court procedures, including powers of a statutory probate court associate judge and requiring the use of a court reporter when an associate judge presides over a jury trial.
