No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend statute related to public access to personal financial statements and require the Texas Ethics Commission to post statements on the agency’s website. It is assumed that any additional costs associated with implementation of the bill could be absorbed within existing state resources.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
