This bill would amend the Labor Code relating to requiring a sexually oriented business to maintain certain photographic identification records; providing a criminal penalty. Based on the analysis of the Texas Workforce Commission and the Office of the Attorney General, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
