IN RE:	SB875 by Shapleigh (Relating to consideration of students' preferred class times in establishing course schedules at public institutions of higher education.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Under provisions of the bill, the governing board of each institution of higher education would be required to adopt a policy requiring periodic surveys of students concerning their preferred class times and consider the survey results in establishing class times.

It is assumed institutions of higher education would be able to absorb any costs associated with implementing the provisions of the bill within existing resources.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
