No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

This bill would require the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners to adopt rules regarding new penalty definitions for dentists and dental hygienists.

The Texas State Board of Dental Examiners anticipates any additional work resulting from the passage of the bill could be reasonably absorbed within current resources.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
