No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require state agencies, institutions of higher education, and local governmental agencies to purchase United States and Texas state flags manufactured in the United States, as specified by the provisions of the bill.

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.


Local Government Impact

Local governmental entities would only incur costs if they chose to purchase a new or replacement flag, but those costs are not anticipated to be significant.
