SB963 by Ellis (Relating to rates for long-term care insurance premiums.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Insurance Code relating to rates for long-term care insurance premiums.  The bill would requires the Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) to adopt rules relating to the provisions of the bill. TDI indicates that any costs associated with the implementation of the bill could be absorbed within existing resources.


Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
