SB1012 by Estes (Relating to the continuation and functions of the Credit Union Department and the Credit Union Commission.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill amends the Finance Code to continue the Credit Union Department as an independant agency for the next 12 years.

Based on the analysis of the Credit Union Department and the Sunset Advisory Commission, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
