No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes to change the applicability of where a cultural education facilities finance corporation may exercise its authority. The proposed change in applicability would allow a corporation created by a city located in Fort Bend, Cameron, and Nueces counties or a corporation created by those counties to exercise its authority inside or outside the city or county limits, respectively.
