IN RE: | SB1179 by Patrick, Dan (Relating to requiring general academic teaching institutions to offer health benefit plans to students.), As Engrossed |
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would require general academic institutions (or system offices, if applicable) to offer at least one "high deductible" health benefit plan to students.
The costs of implementing this bill could be absorbed within existing resources.
