No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.


The bill would require general academic institutions (or system offices, if applicable) to offer at least one "high deductible" health benefit plan to students.

The costs of implementing this bill could be absorbed within existing resources.


Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
