No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill amends the Family Code and provides that the Office of the Attorney General shall pay a fee authorized under a local rule for the electronic filing of documents with a clerk. It is assumed that any additional costs associated with implementation of the bill could be absorbed within existing state resources.
