No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would establish the process for repurposing a campus failing to meet performance standards as part of the state accountability system in lieu of pursuing alternative management of that campus.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
