No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Code of Criminal Procedure relating to the secrecy of a grand jury subpoena or summons. The bill would clarify a provision in the Code of Criminal Procedure relating to the secrecy of grand jury subpoenas or summons. To the extent the rules change would clarify provisions in the Code of Criminal Procedure, it is not anticipated to increase the workload of the court system.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
