No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend statute and allow for the electronic notification of the Ethics Commission deadlines for filing reports. It is assumed that any savings associated with the implementation of the bill would not be significant.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
