No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Agriculture Code to require a sheriff, if an estray is impounded and the owner is unknown, to post a notice of the impoundment of the estray on the county's website for at least 15 days after the date of the impoundment.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
