No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Insurance Code to allow the Commissioner of Insurance to issue certain orders during a state of disaster.

Based on the analysis provided by the Texas Department of Insurance, it is anticipated that any costs associated with the implementation of the bill could be absorbed within existing resources.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
