IN RE:	SB2008 by Hegar (Relating to the consideration by a groundwater conservation district of groundwater produced from exempt wells in issuing a permit.), Committee Report 1st House, Substituted

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill wold require a groundwater conservation district to consider the amount of groundwater produced by wells in the district that are exempt from the district's permitting requirements when issuing a permit or permit amendment.  

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
