No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Health and Safety Code and removes certain reporting requirements related to unlicensed assisted living facilities and convalescent and nursing homes. It is assumed that the fiscal impact would not be significant.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
