SB2342 by Averitt (Relating to the regulation of certain insurers.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Insurance Code relating to regulation of county mutual insurance companies  and farm mutual insurance companies.  Based on the analysis provided by the Texas Department of Insurance (TDI), any costs associated with the implementation of the bill could be absorbed within existing resources.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
