No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend Probate Code Section 687 to require more specific information in a Certificate of Medical Examination (CME) for guardianship.
 
It is assumed that any costs associated with the implementation can be absorbed within available resources.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
